In Indore Stabbing Over Rs 70, Shop Owner Dead, Several Injured

After attacking the shopowner, the accused allegedly assaulted others and broken automobiles.

An altercation over Rs 70 at a store led to a homicide at Indore in Madhya Pradesh in the present day.

Shopowner Pintu Dubey died after he was hit on the top and stabbed, allegedly by two drunk males. Whereas one of many accused is in police custody, the opposite is on the run.

The altercation began yesterday when the 2 accused got here to Pintu’s paan store, requested for a pack of cigarettes however refused to pay for it. This led to an argument however the matter didn’t escalate yesterday.

On receiving details about the incident, senior law enforcement officials, together with Metropolis Superintendent of Police Jayant Rathore and Assistant Superintendent Of Police Prashant Chaubey, reached the spot.
