A HUNGRY chook seems to be at risk of lacking out on a meal as a frantic frog tries to leg it.
The white-breasted kingfisher trapped the creature in its beak however struggled to swallow the prey.
The second was captured by Tanmoy Das Karmakar, 22, who observed the chook hitting the frog on a perch in Purbasthali, West Bengal, India.
He mentioned: ‘I all of the sudden observed this White breasted kingfisher hitting one thing on a perch.
“On nearer inspection I observed it had caught a frog and was struggling to devour it.”
It’s not recognized if the frog croaked.
