Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday introduced a navy operation in Ukraine, claiming it’s meant to guard civilians.
In a televised handle, Putin mentioned the motion is available in response to threats coming from Ukraine. He added that Russia doesn’t have a purpose to occupy Ukraine. Putin mentioned the accountability for bloodshed lies with the Ukrainian “regime.”
