When the woman as per her personal assertion is minor, then why the daddy, who’s in all respect guardian, to the woman, give the woman as Daan?” the courtroom mentioned in its order.

“A woman is just not a property, which may be given in donation,” Justice Kankanwadi mentioned, including that this was a disturbing reality. The courtroom famous that it was involved about the way forward for the minor woman and “can not shut its eyes”.
