A day after Mulayam Singh Yadav’s daughter-in-law, Aparna Yadav, joined the BJP, one other of his relations left for the BJP camp on Thursday.
Pramod Gupta, brother of Sadhna Gupta, Mulayam Singh Yadav’s second spouse, joined the BJP in Lucknow, accusing the SP of inducting “criminals and gamblers into the get together”.
He even stated that Akhilesh has “imprisoned” Mulayam and doesn’t let him meet anybody and retains insulting him occasionally.
Gupta has been a two-time MLA from Bidhuna in Auraiya.
In 2007, when he was denied a ticket by the SP, he fought independently and gained after which in 2012 represented SP on the seat.
