The Military personnel have been on obligation when the incident passed off within the Mendhar sector of Poonch late on Sunday evening, an Military PRO instructed PTI.
The Military captain and the naib-subedar (JCO) have been instantly taken to Udhampur for remedy on a helicopter, he stated. In the course of the remedy, they succumbed to their accidents.
“Final evening, an unintentional grenade blast occurred in Mendhar Sector, Dist Poonch when troops have been performing their duties alongside the Line of Management. The blast resulted in accidents to troopers. In the course of the remedy, one officer and one JCO succumbed to their accidents,” ANI quoted PRO Defence Jammu.
