Russia’s ambassador to the UK has instructed the BBC that his nation is not going to use tactical nuclear weapons within the warfare in Ukraine.
Ambassador Andrey Kelin instructed the BBC’s Clive Myrie that Russia had very strict guidelines on using such weapons and they might usually solely be deployed if the Russian state was in peril.
It comes as Russia seems to be making important positive factors on the battlefield in jap Ukraine, the place it’s advancing on the strategic metropolis of Severodonetsk.
