Three months into Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, US President Biden has insisted the warfare is a “world situation”.
He stated the warfare “goes to have an effect on all components of the world” throughout a summit with the Quad – composed of Japan, the US, Australia and India.
It comes as Luhansk governor Serhiy Haidai has stated Russian troops proceed to bombard the cities of Severodonetsk and Lysychansk in Ukraine’s east, as a part of a bid to regulate the broader Donbas space.
