Andhra Pradesh Girls’s Fee Chairperson Vasireddy Padma has mentioned that the capital punishment meted out to the accused within the N. Ramya homicide case demonstrated the intent of the State authorities to make sure swift motion in instances of sexual atrocities towards girls.
“The demise penalty awarded to the accused Sasi Krishna reveals the dedication and sincerity of the federal government and the exhausting work achieved by the police within the case. The judgment was given in 9 months, and the Nationwide SC Fee praised the federal government and the police for appearing swiftly within the case,” Ms. Padma mentioned, including that this was a historic judgment.
“Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, who was anguished over the lady’s homicide, helped the sufferer’s household in all facets. Police collected all materials and scientific evidences, filed the cost sheet in time as per the stipulations laid down within the Disha Act, which helped to safe capital punishment for the accused,” the Girls’s Fee Chairperson mentioned on Friday.
