Chairman of Karnataka Legislative Council Basavaraj Horatti on Sunday mentioned he would be a part of the BJP and certain be its candidate for the upcoming MLC polls from West Academics’ constituency. Horatti, elected as MLC seven successive instances from 1980, has ended his affiliation with the JD(S).
