South Africa’s commerce surplus widened to R10.60 billion ($727.09 million) in February from a revised surplus of R4.07 billion in January, information from the income service confirmed on Thursday.
Exports rose 8% on a month-on-month foundation to R141.15 billion, whereas imports had been up 3.1% to R130.55 billion, the South African Income Service stated.
