President Putin has been accused of blackmailing Europe over provides of Russian fuel.
The Russian President has threatened to chop off fuel to “unfriendly international locations” except they pay within the Russian foreign money, the rouble.
Mr Putin signed a presidential decree ordering consumers to open rouble accounts in Russian banks.
Germany which is among the primary consumers of Russian fuel mentioned it could not tolerate any try at what it known as “political blackmail”.
Mr Putin’s ultimatum is geared toward supporting the rouble which has been hit exhausting by worldwide sanctions on Russia.
