Kolkata: The Calcutta Excessive Courtroom on Monday granted police safety to 303 post-poll violence victims in West Bengal. A Bench, comprising Chief Justice Prakash Shrivastava and Justice Rajrashi Bharadwaj, took on file an in depth affidavit filed by petitioner Priyanka Tibrewal, who appeared for the victims, on the names and phone particulars of 303 alleged victims

The court docket was knowledgeable that out of the 303 alleged victims, 47 did not return to their office, 164 had been forcefully evicted from their properties and homes of 92 victims had been demolished.
