US President Joe Biden introduced Friday the U.S. will dramatically downgrade its commerce standing with Russia as punishment for its invasion of Ukraine and likewise ban imports of Russian seafood, alcohol and diamonds. The broad commerce shift, which revokes the “most favored nation” standing for Russia, is being taken in coordination with the European Union and Group of Seven nations.
