Russian President Vladimir Putin has introduced that he’ll ship 16,000 volunteers from the Center East to Ukraine to participate within the battle there. He mentioned the volunteers would perform assaults within the Donbass area of Ukraine in assist of the Russian army and the armies of the 2 republics there. Russian Protection Minister Sergei Shoigu has authorised a plan to organize and submit paperwork associated to the undertaking to Russian President Vladimir Putin.
