India and Australia on Tuesday inked a letter of intent for working collectively in the direction of lowering the price of new and renewable vitality applied sciences and scaling up their deployment to cut back emission globally. The letter of intent (LoI) was signed on the 4th India – Australia Vitality Dialogue, as per an influence ministry assertion.
In keeping with the assertion, the dialogue was co-chaired by Minister for Energy and New & Renewable Vitality, R Okay Singh and Minister for Vitality and Emissions Discount, Angus Taylor from Australia.

The main target of this LoI might be scaling up manufacture and deployment of extremely low-cost photo voltaic and clear hydrogen, it said.
