A 100 sq. meter, four-room, second flooring condominium with a ten sq. meter solar balcony on Arnon Avenue within the Neve Yehoshua neighborhood was bought for NIS 2.23 million (RE/MAX – Focus). A 98 sq. meter, four-room, second flooring condominium with an elevator and parking on Meir Baal Hanes Avenue was bought for NIS 2.2 million. A 97 sq. meter, 3.5-room, third flooring condominium with an elevator and parking on Bialik Avenue was bought for NIS 2.5 million (Anglo-Saxon).
