Hundreds of drivers out alongside Toronto-area highways are caught in snow as a historic winter storm blasts southern Ontario on Monday morning.
Within the morning, OPP Sgt. Kerry Schmidt mentioned drivers have been caught in a standstill alongside Freeway 401 eastbound round Keele Road and urged drivers to remain house.
