The Supreme Court docket on Monday agreed to urgently hear a petition searching for the arrest and trial of people that made hate speeches, inciting violence in the direction of Muslims, on the Haridwar Dharm Sansad conclave.
Chief Justice of India N.V. Ramana assured senior advocate Kapil Sibal that the petition filed by former Excessive Court docket choose and senior advocate Anjana Prakash was heard directly.

The petition represented by Mr. Sibal has sought an impartial, credible and neutral probe by a particular investigation group into the hate speeches in opposition to the Muslim group.
