Congress chief Rahul Gandhi on Monday stated the upcoming meeting elections are a proper time to defeat hatred. Meeting elections in 5 states together with in Uttar Pradesh might be held in seven phases beginning February 10 to March 7. The counting shall happen on March 10, the Election Fee has introduced.
