Google has introduced that it’s buying Israeli cybersecurity firm Siemplify That is Google’s first acquisition of an Israeli firm because it purchased site visitors satnav app Waze in 2013 for over $1 billion. Google can pay $500 million for Siemplify, “TechCrunch” reviews.
Siemplify was based in 2015 by CEO Amos Stern, CTO Alon Cohen and COO Garry Fatakhov. The corporate has raised $58 million from traders together with Georgian Companions, 83North, and G20 Ventures together with $30 million in its most up-to-date financing spherical in 2019. Siemplify has 200 staff in its places of work in Israel, the US and UK.
