EV charging infrastructure supplier Magenta in collaboration with Central Railways inaugurated a public EV charging station alongside the Parel Railway station on Wednesday and stated it’ll arrange related services alongside the Dadar and Byculla Railway stations over the following two weeks. Maharashtra Minister of Business and Mining, Subhash Desai, who inaugurated Magenta’s charging facility at Parel station, stated, “We’re glad to see Magenta with Central Railways pushing ‘inexperienced initiatives’ and organising EV charging stations addressing the dearth of the charging infrastructure for EVs to function easily.
“This initiative will deliver aid to individuals who can cost their EVs at key areas close to Railway stations as effectively.”
Magenta is presently putting in 4,500 chargers throughout 108 cities within the nation with 2,950 chargers underneath the FAME-2 scheme alongside REIL, over 1200 chargers alongside petrol pumps belonging to HPCL and others, the corporate stated.
