The city renewal plan will see 422 flats changed by 1,470 housing items.
The Tel Aviv District Planning and Constructing Committee has authorised an city renewal plan for the japanese neighborhood of Givat Ofer (Abu Kabir) in south Tel Aviv. In keeping with the plan, which covers 69 dunams (17.25 acres), close to the Muslim cemetery, on Tel Giborim, Dekel, Meir Grossman and Zalman Shazar Streets, 422 flats will make approach for 1,470 flats.
The brand new housing items will probably be in six 30-floor towers on Tel Giborim Avenue and 6 10-floor buildings on Dekel Avenue. 250 items will probably be small flats and there will probably be 200 sheltered housing items and public buildings in addition to a park.
