Museveni, the ninth President of Uganda, was concerned in rebellions that overthrew Idi Amin in 1979 and ultimately the overthrow of Milton Obote in 1985.
Obote had been overthrown by Amin in 1971 and returned to energy after his fall solely to fall to Museveni in 1985.
