Mumbai, Oct 08: Mumbai’s Esplanade courtroom on Friday rejected bail plea of Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Khan and Munmun Dhamecha, within the case associated to the seizure of medicine following a raid at a celebration on a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast
Further Chief Metropolitan Justice of the Peace RM Nerlikar rejected the bail pleas of Aryan Khan (23) and the opposite two accused.
Not applicable to order the order, the choose mentioned, rejecting the applying, including that it was not maintainable.
The courtroom on Thursday despatched Aryan Khan and 7 others arrested within the case in 14-day judicial remand after their NCB custody ended.
Further Solicitor Common Anil Singh, showing for the NCB, opposed the bail purposes of the three accused.
After listening to the arguments, the Justice of the Peace denied bail to Aryan Khan, Munmun Dhamecha and Arbaaz Service provider, saying their purposes weren’t maintainable.
The Narcotics Management Bureau (NCB) had arrested these three together with some others over the past weekend after raiding the Goa-bound Cordelia cruise ship on Saturday night. The central company had claimed to have recovered medication from the ship.
A complete of 18 individuals have been arrested to date within the case.
