Mumbai, Oct 05: A courtroom right here on Tuesday remanded 4 individuals to the custody of the Narcotics Management Bureau (NCB) until October 11 in a case pertaining to the seizure of banned medication from a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast wherein Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood famous person Shah Rukh Khan, can also be an accused.

The courtroom on Monday remanded Aryan Khan (23) and 7 others to the NCB custody until Thursday.
The NCB had advised the courtroom that “stunning and incriminating” materials recovered in WhatsApp chats of Aryan Khan and two others arrested in reference to the case confirmed worldwide drug trafficking.
The NCB had additionally claimed that within the WhatsApp chats, Aryan Khan is discussing modes of cost to be performed for procurement (of medication) and that a number of code names are getting used.
Aryan Khan”s lawyer had claimed medication weren’t recovered from the possession of his consumer.
