US President Joe Biden has vowed to “seek out” the fear cell accountable for killing 13 American service members and dozens of Afghan civilians outdoors Kabul airport.
When requested by a Fox Information reporter on Thursday evening if he felt accountable for the harrowing occasions that befell, Mr Biden mentioned: “I bear duty for, basically, all that is occurred of late.”
