A minimum of two explosions have been reported close to the Abbey Gate, getting used for evacuations at Kabul airport. One blast was close to the Baron Lodge, getting used as a staging put up by Western nations for evacuations.
A Pentagon spokesman confirmed there had been a “variety of US and civilian casualties” within the assault.
