Last date to e-file forms for tax payments to NRIs extended

The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has prolonged the final date for digital submitting of earnings tax kinds for deducting tax on funds made to non-residents, until June 30, owing to issues being confronted by taxpayers on the brand new earnings tax portal.

“In view of the difficulties reported by taxpayers in digital submitting of earnings tax kinds 15CA/15CB on the portal www.incometax.gov.in, it has been determined that taxpayers can submit them in guide format to the licensed sellers until June 30, 2021,” the Board stated.

Authorised sellers have been suggested to just accept the kinds until the month finish for the aim of international remittances.
